If you received the wrong photos, don't worry. We are here to help!


First, please check your email for any additional emails with photo links from your tour operator. Occasionally an operator will send the wrong photos, and then immediately send the corrected ones. Gmail and other email providers might group these emails together. So keep an eye out!


You can also easily see a list of all photos sent to your email address by using the Guest Support tool. Enter your email and click Next. This tool will send a link to your email address containing all albums you have received from your tour. You will also be able to self-serve and find the corrected photos. Please check your email after using the Guest Support Tool for this link. Remember to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders if you can't find it.
