If you received the wrong photos, don't worry. We are here to help.


First please check your email for any additional links. Occasionally an operator will send the wrong photos, and then immediately send the corrected ones. Gmail and other email providers might group these emails together. So keep an eye out!


You can easily see a list of all photos sent to your email address by using the Guest Support tool and entering your email: https://guests.picthrive.com/ . This tool will send you a link containing all albums you have received. It also allows you to self-serve and find the corrected photos


If you are confident that a replacement album was not sent, please contact us right away and we will get them for you. Click here to contact us

  1. The date and time of your trip
  2. The tour time
  3. Your email address.
  4. What tour company (zip, raft, skydiving etc) you were
