Some older computers may not have a video player installed. If your downloaded video does not automatically play when you open it, you'll need to install a video player.
We recommend using VLC Media Player (VLC). To download VLC, click this link: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/#download.
After installing VLC, you should be able to play your video. If you are still having issues playing your video, please use our Guest Support tool. Enter your email and click Next. You will get an email in your inbox with a link to all albums and videos you have received from your tour. Remember to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders if you can't find your email.
Please note: Some videos may not play on iOS devices, such as older Apple iPads or iPhones. This is due to iOS not supporting high quality videos. If you want to view your video, you may need to switch to a different device or upload your video to YouTube.
