Photos


Download individual photos:  Click or tap the photo you want to download. A pop-up will open with the photo and options to Share, Favorite, or Download. Click or tap Download to download the full resolution image. Depending on the internet browser you're using (such as Firefox), you may be asked to save the photo before the download starts. If you're using Chrome, the download will start automatically after clicking Download. You will be able to find your photo in your device's Downloads folder.



Download all your photos: Scroll to the bottom of your Gallery page. Click or tap Download All. This will open a new page with more instructions. Click or tap the here to initiate the download link, which will start creating a .ZIP file for you to download with your photos. This may take a view minutes, and you can track the progress with the progress bar. When the .ZIP file is ready to be downloaded, a new instruction will appear. Click or tap the here to download link. Depending on the internet browser you're using (such as Firefox), you may be asked to save the .ZIP file before the download starts. If you're using Chrome, the .ZIP file download will start automatically after clicking Download. You will be able to find your .ZIP file in your device's Downloads folder. The photos are downloaded into one “.ZIP” file. Extracting the contents of the “.ZIP” file will provide you with your photos. Our system groups multiple photos into a single file, compressing it to make it quicker and easier for you to access from any device. 


Below, you can find some helpful links to guide you through the process of opening the .ZIP file and extracting your photos. 


Mac - How to extract your photos

To unzip all the photos in the zipped file, double-click the .ZIP file. Select Open with Archive Utility and click OK, if prompted. Either way, the utility will open and decompress the zipped files. The extracted files (your photos) are placed in the same folder as the .ZIP file. More information on extracting files from .ZIP files on a Mac can be found here:

Android - WinZip App

Windows - Vista and above -  How to extract your photos

To unzip all the photos in the zipped file, right click the .ZIP file. Then, click Extract All... the drop-down menu. A dialog box will open. In this dialog box, you can click Browse... to choose where you want to your extracted photos and videos to go on your computer (which folder you want to keep your photos and videos in) or you can choose to extract them in the current folder. Click Extract to extract your videos and folders.

Windows - XP or Below - How to extract your photos

If you're using an older version of windows, you'll need 7zip to unzip your .ZIP file. You can download 7zip from http://www.7-zip.org/

After 7zip is installed, right click the .ZIP file. Click 7-Zip in the drop-down menu. Then, click Extract Here. This will extract all your photos into the current folder. From there, you can drag and drop or copy and paste your photos to another folder on your computer.

Videos


Download individual videos: Click or tap the video you want to download. A pop-up will open with the video and options to Share, Favorite, Download, and Steam Original. Click or tap Download to download the video. Depending on the internet browser you're using (such as Firefox), you may be asked to save the video before the download starts. If you're using Chrome, the download will start automatically after clicking Download. You will be able to find your video in your device's Downloads folder.

iOS: Please note, you must be using iOS 13 or higher to download videos. Please see the link below for download instructions.


Mass Download Video: Unfortunately, due to their size, we do not offer a .ZIP file download for videos. However, on updated galleries, a Download All option is available. It will download each video at once.

We also recommend using the Chrome extension "Simple mass downloader". It will pull all links on a website and start a download queue of all the media.
